Paul Andrew- Bio
Paul Andrew’s belief is this - there are no ordinary people, only extraordinary people settling for ordinary lives. For over sixteen years Paul has been helping people bring about change in their lives. Through executive leadership roles in some of Australia’s leading not-for-profit organisations he has coached, trained and mentored countless individuals as they pursued their dreams.
Paul is a fresh voice in Australian public speaking. He’s had the privilege of speaking regularly to audiences of thousands, delivering literally hundreds of presentations in 11 nations to date. On the coalface of building effective organizations he has led as many as 600 volunteers and a large staff, giving him extraordinary insights into leadership and personal development. Paul is also a successful executive coach working with leaders in across a wide variety of industries. He’s had an adventure!
Paul is a sought after speaker with an energetic and thought provoking style that engages both the heart and the mind of his listeners. His presentations are peppered with incredible stories and diverse experiences from his life journey.
He is a Member Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is the Director of Innovation Coaching, a Sydney-based executive coaching practice. As a passionate family man, Paul is very much in love with his beautiful wife Andi and three young children.
